Question: does anyone know how the Shanti doll is, proportions-wise, compared to the standard 1/6 Disney Princess fashion doll? Her model looks a lot larger/thicker, but it seems odd they'd miss a chance to make a doll proportionate to the others.

About McDonald's toys today... they can do so much more than cardboard... in fact id argue its worse waste than plastic because little kids will want to keep the plastic

I was a kid in the late 80s, early 90s. I have brown hair so I always had the Theresa and Courtney dolls, and of course I had all of the Midge dolls too. I had some Barbies and Skippers, but I had ALL of the Midge, Theresa, and Courtney dolls.

My parents got my sister and me Anna and Elsa dolls for Christmas after the movie came out (when we were like 20 and 17 lol) and I got a Kristoff doll too and my biggest complaint is the sculpted on clothes. At least you can find outfits to put over the girls' plastic sleeves but Kristoff was literally just a huge lump of plastic with maybe a fabric vest?? So annoying. But I've since ended up with a second Anna doll bc I found her at a flea market in a cute vintage Barbie dress and just bought her for the dress.

I just want to point out this wasn't the 1st pregnant doll. The 1st one was really complicated. The baby was in.a hole in the belly. You popped off the big belly, had to use something the pop the baby out the put a flat belly over the hole.

I dont think barbie was 11 inch and your 13 inch barbie have fat arms and stiff hand pose witch i find it a little bit abnormal but thats fine i guess its more normal if its slightly different pose and slightly stiff i just don't like dolls with stiff hands i like it when the fingers are slightly seperated and slightly together like the other fingers are together and the others are the same

1998 is my favourite. We had that doll when I was growing up and she was kept in the box. I thought she was so beautiful. I don't know what happened to that doll sadly, but I will buy her again one day.

So I don’t find this terrifying to say the least . Or it can just be a different doll. Because it also sings, and this movie became popular worldwide, even in Mexico

I just found your channel and also started with acting out Pocohauntas, the mermaid dolls were my favorite, etc. I’m a woman, but my brother and I were so close and I wanted someone to play with and I remember my mom yelling or getting me in trouble anytime I’d try to play dolls with him or put play make up on him etc. I remember well how much even adults were so judgmental and harsh over something like a kid playing with a doll… it’s so sad. I still know adults that think this way and I tell them proudly that if my son wants a mermaid Barbie he can have one and honestly I’d be excited that he loves them 😂 So glad you never let the world form you and fully enjoying your love of your hobby well into adulthood now. I love your content, at 28 they bring me the giddy happiness I had growing up. And embarrassingly I’ve considered maybe starting a little collection, but secretly…🤦🏻‍♀️ I guess I still care what others think. For years no one knows I still rewatch Barbie or other related movies a lot… Maybe finding channels like this can help me not feel Shane for what I enjoy ❤ Thank you 🌸

I HATE that everyone is so harsh and judgmental towards 2015 Bratz and G2 MH! They were BEAUTIFUL and still had that fashionable edge. People just love to complain 😂

My 6 year old daughter will love the Barbie Dream Besties. I hope there will be a TV show to go with them. I am just disappointed that there are never Indian dolls to represent my daughter. Even the Barbie Looks line that has tons of diversity has no Asian Indian doll.
